Shipping Policy
Our primary objective is to expedite the shipping of your product. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days.* However, we kindly ask for your understanding of potential delays during peak periods or if you reside in Western Australia, country, regional, or rural areas.
Should you require expedited delivery, we encourage you to include a note in your order or contact us via email to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline prior to order acceptance and processing. In such cases, we will provide guidance on alternative shipping options, such as Express Post, with associated additional shipping costs.
Our standard order picking and packaging time is one business day. (To calculate the lead time, enter '3154, The Basin' as the 'From' location and your suburb and postcode as the 'To' location.)
*Extended lead times may apply during peak seasons, such as Christmas and New Year orders. (Kindly refer to the following Christmas delivery page to find out the Cut-off date for Christmas orders)

* Unless requested by customers or otherwise specified, we use only Australian Post to ship our orders to customers. And every order comes with a default $100 Shipping Insurance Coverage and please talk to us if you would like to increase your insurance coverage or like to get your damaged item(s) claimed.
Shipping Cost
We proudly partner exclusively with Australia Post for all Australian and international deliveries, giving our customers the confidence of trusted shipping, comprehensive tracking, and a seamless shopping experience from dispatch to delivery.
For Australia wide (excluding WA & NT), our shipping costs are straightforward: $9.5 for items weighing less than 500g and $12.95 for items exceeding this weight threshold. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders totalling $300 or more. With this capped shipping structure, you can enjoy significant savings on shipping costs when purchasing multiple items. It's our way of expressing our gratitude for your patronage.
Due to substantial increases in freight charges to these regions, free shipping for orders over $300 is no longer available for WA and NT and shipping rate calculated based on the total weight of order. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Free Local Pick-up can be organised at The Basin, 3154. We will notify you when the item is ready for collection which usually takes within 1 business day. (or any other preferred day if you are dropping by our area on any particular day, from 9am to 6pm only)

We contribute $10.95 towards the shipping cost of all orders weighing 6kg or more. As these orders would generally qualify for complimentary shipping to most Australian states, this subsidy helps us continue to provide fair and affordable shipping while thanking our customers for their ongoing support.
Alternatively, you may add all the items to your shopping cart and use the "Calculate Shipping" feature. Once you enter your postcode, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed.
Overseas Shipping
If you are placing an order from outside of Australia, please add your desired items to the shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, you will find a 'Shipping Estimator' at the bottom. You can use this tool to input your country, postcode, or state, and it will automatically calculate the shipping cost through Australia Post.

Return & Exchange Policy
We kindly request that you contact us for return or exchange procedures in the event you receive damaged goods within 7 days of receiving your products. Feel free to provide photographic evidence to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.
However, if you wish to return an item due to a change of preference, we kindly ask that you do so within 7 days, and the item must be returned in its original packaging and the same condition in which it was delivered, with the box sealed and unopened, ensuring it is in a resalable condition.
For a smoother processing of your return, please send us an email before returning the items, and be sure to include your order number. This will assist us in efficiently identifying the origin of the return and expedite the refund process.
What should I do if my product arrives with a damaged box?
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
If your parcel arrives with a damaged box, please bring the item and all original packaging to your nearest Australia Post outlet (https://auspost.com.au/locate/) as soon as possible and lodge an official complaint. The post office will inspect the parcel and complete a Customer Service Complaint Form (PM26).
The Postal Manager will assess the damage and determine whether compensation can be approved. During the investigation, Australia Post may keep both the packaging and the contents of the parcel. If the claim is approved, compensation will be paid directly to you.
If for any reason, there's a part missing or other damages which you believe is the product quality issue (non-shipping related) please contact us at admin@dreampiece.com.au and we will help to replace the parts or instruction manuals for you.
