Shipping Policy

Our primary objective is to expedite the shipping of your product. Standard shipping typically takes between 3-8 business days.* However, we kindly ask for your understanding of potential delays during peak periods or if you reside in Western Australia, country, regional, or rural areas.

Should you require expedited delivery, we encourage you to include a note in your order or contact us via email to ensure that we can accommodate your deadline prior to order acceptance and processing. In such cases, we will provide guidance on alternative shipping options, such as Express Post, with associated additional shipping costs.

*Extended lead times may apply during peak seasons, such as Christmas and New Year orders. (Kindly refer to the following Christmas delivery page to find out the Cut-off date for Christmas orders)

* Unless requested by customers or otherwise specified, we use only Australian Post to ship our orders to customers. And every order comes with a default $100 Shipping Insurance Coverage and please talk to us if you would like to increase your insurance coverage or like to get your damaged item(s) claimed.

Shipping Cost

Our shipping costs are straightforward: $8.50 for items weighing less than 500g and $9.95 for items exceeding this weight threshold. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders totalling $200 or more. With this capped shipping structure, you can enjoy significant savings on shipping costs when purchasing multiple items. It's our way of expressing our gratitude for your patronage.

Free Local Pick-up can be organised at The Basin, 3154. We will notify you when the item is ready for collection which usually takes within 1 business day. (or any other preferred day if you are dropping by our area on any particular day, from 9am to 6pm only) 


Overseas Shipping 

If you are placing an order from outside of Australia, please add your desired items to the shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, you will find a 'Shipping Estimator' at the bottom. You can use this tool to input your country, postcode, or state, and it will automatically calculate the shipping cost through Australia Post.

Alternatively, if you prefer to use DHL for shipping, you are welcome to contact us via email at to make the necessary arrangements.

Return & Exchange Policy

We kindly request that you contact us for return or exchange procedures in the event you receive damaged goods within 7 days of receiving your products. Feel free to provide photographic evidence to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

However, if you wish to return an item due to a change of preference, we kindly ask that you do so within 7 days, and the item must be returned in its original packaging and the same condition in which it was delivered, with the box sealed and unopened, ensuring it is in a resalable condition.

For a smoother processing of your return, please send us an email before returning the items, and be sure to include your order number. This will assist us in efficiently identifying the origin of the return and expedite the refund process.
