Shipping Policy

Our aim is to ship your product as soon as possible. The standard shipping time is 3-8 business days.* Please allow extra shipping lead-time during peak time or if you reside in Western Australia, Country, regional or rural areas.

If you need the product(s) urgently, kindly please put a note on your order or just email us to make sure we could meet your deadline before we accept & process your order. We will advise an alternative shipping option, i.e. Express Post with extra shipping cost whenever required.

The standard picking & packaging time is 1 business day. Please refer to the link below to calculate the standard lead time for your convenience, (Please enter 3154, The Basin as "From" and your suburb & postcode as "to")

*Extended lead time during peak seasons (Christmas/ New Year orders). 

* Extended Lead time during Covid-19 period.


* Unless requested by customers or otherwise specified, we use only Australian Post to ship our orders to customers. And every order comes with a default $100 Shipping Insurance Coverage and please talk to us if you would like to increase your insurance coverage or like to get your damaged item(s) claimed.

Shipping Cost

Our Shipping cost is simple, $7.50 for anything that is below 500g or $9.95 for anything above that. With this capped shipping structure, you get to save more on shipping when you buy more. That is our way to show our appreciation.

Free Local Pick-up can be organised at The Basin, 3154. We will notify you when the item is ready for collection which usually takes within 1-2 business day. (or any other preferred day if you are dropping by our area on any particular day, from 9am to 6pm only) 

Overseas Shipping 

If you would like to order from outside of Australia, kindly please email us at, we will calculate the Overseas shipping (based on volumetric weight & mass weight) accordingly and reply within 1 business days. For more information, you may check the shipping rates/ lead time on Australian Post website.

We have just had our DHL account set up and very soon you can have your shipping quote from both Australian Post or DHL to consider.

Return & Exchange Policy

Kindly please contact us for return or exchange if you receive a damaged goods within 7 days upon receiving of your products. You may take a photo to show us that.

However, if you have changed your mind, kindly please return it with its original packaging & as how we sent it to you within 7 days. The box must be sealed and unopened under resalable condition. 

Please write to us before you return your items & quote your order number so that we know where it comes from and arrange for the refund quicker.
