SHIPPING

DreamPiece is offering several Shipping Options to customer. You may estimate your shipping cost or to the availability of Shipping Options in your Shopping Cart by clicking-on "Estimate Shipping Cost" before proceeding to Check-out to find out which Shipping Options are available to your region or country.

The normal handling time is usually 1-2 day time unless otherwise specified. For customers who choose to pay via Cheque, Money Order or ATM Direct Transfer, please take note that we will only process your order until the full payment is duly received and thus please take the payment clearance days into your calculation of estimated arrival date.

Proof of posting is available for Registered and Express options. However, it is not attached to your Shipping Notification email but will be used in case of any deliveries dispute arises.

Tracking ID will be given in your Shipping Notification email for your tracking convenience. You can use AusPost Online tracking portal to monitor your Shipping status. (AusPost Tracking Portal)

The normal Shipping day for Registered Post is usually 3-4 business days for domestic and 7-10 business days for most of the International major cities. For Express Post, it takes 1-2 business day(s) for domestic and 5-7 business days for most of the International major cities. RETURN

All orders must returned to DreamPiece within 7 days of receipt, items must be returned in new and original condition (unless damaged in shipment), and must include original Packing Slip & Invoice with tags or labels unremoved from the products. The return items must be sent using the original packaging material and bubble wrapped- just as how we sent it to you. All returned orders meeting these requirements will be reimbursed to the customers' bank accounts or Credit Card. DreamPiece will not reimburse Shipping & Handling charges or any additional Credit Card charges if incurred. You may want to contact DreamPiece before you made a return so that we are aware of your return and assist you in monitoring the shipment as well as making our reimbursement to you more efficient.
