A. PAYMENT

A1. What are the Payment options that DreamPiece accept?

At the present moment, DreamPiece accepts Banks' Transfer, Credit card, Debit card and Paypal Transfer through Paypal facility  as shown below.

Cheque or Money Order is another good alternative for customers. Kindly please make your cheque or Money Order payable to the name shown on the screen during check out from Shopping cart, Page 3 of 3 - Order Confirmation Page and mail your payment to us. (PLEASE do not send in cash or stamps!)

Other than this, for domestic order, direct bank's transfer is encouraged if you do not have any of the above mentioned payment facilities. Kindly select Check or Money Order column when you are ready to check-out and mail DreamPiece admin your order details. We will then provide you the bank details for money transfer.

Please note that we will only ship your order once the full payment is duly received. And if payment does not received within 7/14 days (7 days for domestic and 14 days for International order), the order will be cancelled automatically and items will go back to shelves again.

A2. How can I know that I am secured to use Credit Card in DreamPiece?

Credit cards are accepted only via Paypal panel at the moment. You can stay secure as we do not keep your financial information in our system but only Paypal does. Paypal assures 100% protection against unauthorised payments sent from your account. For more information relating to the Internet Security of Paypal, please refer to www.paypal.com.au

A3. How can I use my discount coupon on my purchase?

It is simple, you can just enter your discount coupon code on your Check-out page, Step 2 of 3 Payment information under Discount Coupon column. Enter your Discount code and the amount will be reflected after you click Continue Checkout.

Instead of sourcing from cheap & bad quality manufacturers, DreamPiece has carefully selected several reliable sources to assure our products quality. However, minor crack or flaws might happen in bulk orders, we are pleased to help you on product exchange or replacement and in case you are not completely satisfied with our products, feel free to contact us or return to us within 7 days from the day you received your order.
